Our Policy Due to the nature of our products and global shipping, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at homehaven714@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video showing the issue
We'll offer you a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the item. 🩷
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
What We Don't Cover
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
